NEICS Winter Meeting 2025

We are sorry to announce the cancellation of the NEICS Winter meeting which was planned to take place 17 November 2025 in the Catalyst, Newcastle.

Despite earlier assurances that we were able to provide this Winter meeting as planned, we now unfortunately have a critical number of speakers unable to deliver their presentation because of the requirement to cover for critical rota gaps in their intensive care units during the industrial action.

We know how disappointing this must be and apologise for the cancellation. All bookings will be reimbursed via the Eventbrite page over the next days. All abstract authors will receive separate information.

We invite you to our next NEICS Spring meeting which is planned for 25 March 2026 in Hardwick Hall, and we are looking forward to see you there.
